The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.
Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

Knowledge of Defense of Defense acquisition.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage people and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree
A minimum 14 years’ experience managing government programs is required of which one (1) year must be supervisory.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory, is acceptable for candidates possessing a PMP certification.
