Paxos is seeking an accomplished Recruiting Program Manager with experience in executive search to help build out our leadership bench and scale our recruiting operations for success. As a Recruiting Program Manager, you will partner closely with Paxos leaders and bring your expertise in executive search and program building to find, attract and close top senior talent; lead initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our recruiting processes; and ultimately empower our hiring managers to make the best hiring decisions. 

You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team, which is at the forefront of Paxos’ scaling efforts and growth. We’re looking for results-orientation, a track record of successful senior placements, and a desire to flex into project work and program building.

As a Recruiting Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Leadership: You’ll collaborate with our executive hiring managers on everything from role intake forms and sourcing strategy to candidate assessment and closing. You’ll play a critical role in upholding the bar for quality throughout the recruiting process, securing alignment on role requirements, and ensuring that stakeholders are following a consistent and structured hiring process. 
  • Full Life Cycle Executive Recruiting: You will own the entire end-to-end recruitment process for executive candidates, starting with scoping role requirements and ending with guiding a candidate through offer details and the transition to our HR team for onboarding. You’ll define, design and implement robust search strategies to build deep pipelines; actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations; and hone your knowledge of Paxos, candidate motivations and industry trends to effectively close candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Owning a Best-In-Class Candidate Experience: You’ll cultivate a phenomenal candidate experience for our executive candidates, manage candidate communications across a variety of mediums (written, phone, video call), and effectively prepare your candidates for success in their interactions and interviews with Paxos. 
  • Leading Key, Recruiting Enhancement Initiatives: You will drive critical projects and programs that identify and improve our recruiting operations across all roles. This will include crafting playbooks to standardize key processes, enhancing and implementing advanced interviewer training, and managing the creation and evolution of candidate resources.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience of in-house recruiting, with at least 3 years focusing on executive roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing recruiting projects or programs, either as an individual contributor or leading a team
  • You take a data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics from different systems, tools and processes to refine and optimize your search, outreach, and closing strategy
  • You have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • You have a candidate-first mentality, a history of facilitating excellent candidate experiences, and a demonstrated ability to build lasting and positive relationships with prospects
  • You have an extensive track record of successfully closing executive talent across a range of roles and making excellent, long-term placements
  • You can comfortably prioritize and balance different responsibility sets (projects vs. search) and achieve excellence in each
  • You have contributed meaningfully to recruiting program design and execution in past positions
