As a School Nurse with PHS, you'll build meaningful relationships with students and families while enjoying a schedule that supports your life outside of work.

Position Details
- Location: Omaha, Lincoln & Surrounding Areas
- Hours: Full Time and Part Time - Days
- Including School day shifts - Weekday Monday through Friday
- Client Specifics: Kids ages 1-19 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
- Location: Omaha (68114)
- Hours: Full Time:
- Overnights Sunday - Thursday 10p - 7a
- Client Specifics: 6-year old with trach, vent, a g-tube, and O2
- Hours: Full Time: Overnights
- Location: Omaha (68124, 68127, 68154, 68164, 68130, 68118)
- Client Specifics: Kids ages 1-19 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
- Now offering $2500 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time Overnight Shifts
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
