• →“Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• →Complete resident and property service requests
• →Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
• →HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical
• →Pool maintenance, grounds 
• →Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• →Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• →Must have EPA certification
• →CPO certification is a plus!
• →Must have a valid Driver’s License
