Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Growth Marketing is accountable for delivering the growth marketing strategy and its outcomes. Partnering closely with sales leaders and supported by the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design and scale multi‑channel outbound and ABM programs, build sales enablement and content, and generate high‑quality pipeline through direct, partner and reseller channels.
- Own growth marketing strategy and plan (outbound + inbound) aligned to revenue targets and budget set with the CMO.
- Define new customer acquisition, client retention, referral and reseller program strategies; prioritize channels and tactics based on ROI.
- Create campaign roadmaps, SLAs with Sales, and an integrated CX/handoff framework.
- Define ICPs, tiered account lists and personas; design ABM plays and outcome‑focused campaign roadmaps.
- Build, launch and optimize end‑to‑end outbound and ABM programs: account lists, personalized sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, partnerships, and paid amplification (LinkedIn, Google).
- Execute HubSpot campaigns: landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, smart content, CTAs, lead scoring, nurture sequences and attribution.
- Create playbooks, templates and an asset library for Sales and Marketing.
- Lead content strategy across buyer journey (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU): long‑form thought leadership, webinars/podcasts, newsletters and sales collateral.
- Repurpose long‑form assets into microcontent for multi‑channel amplification.
- Develop sales enablement (battlecards, one‑pagers, proposal templates) and upskill Sales/regional teams.
- Implement and maintain tracking: UTMs, event tracking, GA4/GTM basics and HubSpot attribution; define funnel metrics and dashboards.
- Run A/B tests; optimize for CPL, lead quality, MQLSQL conversion and pipeline contribution.
- Report outcomes, ROI and improvement strategies concisely to the CMO and Sales leadership
- Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to pipeline goals, create feedback loops and follow‑up SLAs.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align outbound and inbound marketing activities and position marketing as a revenue generating function
- Collaborate with internal functions to support the delivery of key projects and initiatives.
- Manage designers, vendors and regional teams.
- Support hiring, mentoring and potential direct reports as the function scales.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years B2B growth/performance marketing (startups/SMEs, B2B professional services or enterprise HR solutions)
- HubSpot power‑user: campaigns, workflows, landing pages, forms, chatbot, lists, lead scoring and reporting.
- Proven experience with outbound, ABM and paid prospecting campaigns; strong optimization and analytics skills (UTMs, attribution logic, GA4/GTM basics).
- Strong content ideation and production skills; experience running webinars and producing thought leadership and/or market intelligence.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to present concise insights to leadership.
- Outcome‑driven, highly organized, autonomous and comfortable managing external vendors.
