Senior HubSpot Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our team and lead HubSpot projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing role that requires strong HubSpot expertise across multiple hubs, excellent communication skills, and proven experience delivering successful HubSpot implementations from discovery through launch.
The ideal candidate has previously worked within a HubSpot Partner Agency, has completed multiple HubSpot implementations, and is comfortable leading client meetings, gathering requirements, and providing strategic CRM recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across multiple hubs, including:
- Marketing Hub
- Sales Hub
- Service Hub
- Operations Hub
- CMS Hub (preferred)
- Configure CRM objects, pipelines, workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting, and dashboards.
- Design and implement scalable CRM processes aligned with client business objectives.
- Manage data migrations, imports, data cleanup, and system integrations.
Client Management & Consulting
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and regular client check-in calls.
- Provide strategic guidance on CRM architecture, sales processes, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Deliver client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption.
Optimization & Reporting
- Audit existing HubSpot portals and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and optimize workflows, automation sequences, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop dashboards and reports that align with client KPIs and business goals.
- Recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
Project Delivery
- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Document processes, configurations, and project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
- Proven experience completing multiple HubSpot implementations.
- Previous experience working for a HubSpot Partner Agency or HubSpot-focused consultancy.
- Strong expertise across multiple HubSpot hubs.
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with RevOps and CRM strategy.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or other CRM systems.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with CMS Hub and website migrations.
