SCB Tribe - Product Owner (Technology)

• Define and maintain squad vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.  

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into prioritized backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

• Design, define and develop products that covers P&L and product backlog priority 

• Make business decisions on feature prioritization to maximize customer value and business outcomes. 

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the squad to ensure clear requirements, alignment, and timely decision-making. 

• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes, ensuring realization of intended business value. 

• Monitor business performance, customer feedback, and product outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Development, Project Delivery, Digital Transformation, or related roles. 

• Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of backlog management, requirement gathering, user story definition, and Scrum practices. Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or technology-driven organizations is preferred. 

• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. 

• Prior experience or business knowledge in Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Banking, FinTech, or Digital Platform businesses will be highly advantageous.
