Responsibilities

Care for our patients daily by assessing behavior, escorting them, and interacting with them continuously throughout the shift.

Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shift and document patient’s behavior.

→· Model and teach appropriate life skills to the patients.
→· Orient the patients to the unit and assist them with daily living skills.
→· Provide a safe, clean and therapeutic environment.
→- Provide physical restraint or intervention if appropriate. Training will be provided.
