Build the next generation of Perkins leaders.

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is hiring a Director, Field Talent Management to own the leadership pipeline for our restaurant field operations. You'll partner with Regional Managers and GMs across multiple regions to recruit, develop and keep top talent.

You'll own:

Recruiting: staffing forecasts, and hiring for GMs, District Managers and other field leaders, plus pipelines through colleges, military transition programs and industry groups
Development: leadership programs, high-potential development plans, manager onboarding and certification
Talent management: the annual performance process, talent reviews and succession plans for key field roles
Retention: turnover analysis, stay and exit interviews, and recognition and engagement initiatives
Analytics: turnover, promotions, bench strength and engagement metrics, with insights reported to Operations leadership

You have:

A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology or a related field (Master's a plus)
5–8 years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including 3+ in multi-unit restaurant, retail or hospitality
A track record of partnering with operations leaders and building development programs
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred), ATS, LMS and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel 50%, including occasional overnights

Reports to: VP, Company Operations (dotted line to the Chief HR Officer)
