Responsibilities

→Installs and de-installs computers and associated hardware.
→Installs and de-installs computer software applications
→Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs or arranges for the repair of computers, printers and peripheral equipment.
→Maintains accurate inventory of all computer equipment and parts; maintaining records of repairs and services
→Prepares legacy equipment for e-waste\recycling
→Performs equipment installation, preventive maintenance and equipment upgrade and modification of activities.
→Works with contract and vendor supplied personnel engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment.
→Installs and repairs Warehouse/Distribution Center equipment
→Schedules, connects and troubleshoots Audio/Visual requests
→Works with Telecomm team to maintain and repair telephone equipment
→Works with System Administrators to maintain and make changes (as recommended and approved) to server equipment

Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle a fast paced environment with great attention to detail
Be able to multitask work activities
Must work well under pressure
