Trainee Recruiter (m,f) French

Start: Experience day End of September 2026. Start date 5-6 weeks after the ED 

• →Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
• →Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
• →Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients
• →Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
• →Contact potential clients via phone or email
• →Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

• Native/fluent in French  both oral and written. Fluent in English
• Recent graduate
• No previous recruitment experience
• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
• Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
• An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
• A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to travel in line with the business needs
• Thriving  in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
