Start: Experience day 7th June 2026. Start date 5-6 weeks after the ED
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
- →Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
- →Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients
- →Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
- →Contact potential clients via phone or email
- →Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
Requirements
~1 min read- Native/fluent in French or German or Czech or Italian both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Recent graduate
- No previous recruitment experience
- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
- A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to travel in line with the business needs
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
