Therapist - Interim House West

• →Provide continuity of care as defined by the treatment plan for each resident.
• →Lead group therapy sessions and weekly individual therapy sessions.
• →Ensure that the Resident Assistants and Facility Manager receive up-to-date, written information in the log book concerning the physical and emotional status of each resident.
• →Coordinate and collaborate with off-site, community-based mental health treatment providers.
• →With the resident and treatment team, devise a comprehensive treatment plan based on a psychological evaluation and other assessments.
• →Maintain a continuous record of all contacts, events, and progress toward the accomplishment of goals as stated in the treatment plan.
• →Record individual and group progress notes in the DAP format after each therapeutic activity.
• →Complete reviews at 60, 90, 120, 180, and 270 days in compliance with state, licensing, and program guidelines.

• Competence in individual therapy, group therapy, and family intervention required
• Experience in DBT preferred
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred

Must meet ONE of the following:

• Master's degree and 2+ years of directly relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of directly relevant experience

Salary Grade: 17
