PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst II responsible for supporting MODES III program execution through analysis, documentation, and translation of business and reporting requirements into actionable inputs for task dashboards and data-driven decision support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Analyzes business processes, task activities, and reporting needs to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
• Gathers, documents, and validates functional and reporting requirements from Government stakeholders and program teams to ensure dashboards reflect accurate task status, metrics, and dependencies.
• Supports the development of program- and project-specific dashboard filters, data views, and reporting structures that enable effective monitoring and decision-making.
• Assists with data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks to ensure dashboard content aligns with underlying task reports, schedules, and program documentation.
• Collaborates with the Scrum Master, UI/UX Analyst, and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear, usable dashboard features and reporting outputs.
