About the Role
Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking a service-oriented and relationship-focused Donor, Audience & Board Concierge to join our Advancement and Revenue team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional experiences, building meaningful relationships, and providing thoughtful, personalized support to a variety of stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Donor, Audience & Board Concierge serves as a primary point of contact for donors, subscribers, Board members, and other key stakeholders. This position coordinates concierge services and benefits, responds to stakeholder needs, and supports the cultivation, engagement, and retention of donors, prospects, subscribers, and other priority audiences.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite in Pittsburgh. 


Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and concierge for donors, subscribers, and Board members, responding to ticket requests, questions, concerns, and other needs with timely and personalized service.
  • Coordinate, track, and fulfill individual donor and corporate sponsor benefits, including ticket requests, parking, invitations, program advertisements, signage, RSVPs, and other applicable benefits.
  • Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship activities, including donor seat acknowledgments, donor lounge invitations, opening night events, and other recognition initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and on-site support for Board and committee meetings, including coordinating catering, preparing meeting materials, and welcoming and assisting members.
  • Partner with the Events Manager to support donor, subscriber, Board, and other special events, including event preparation, guest experience, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate sponsorship and event-related materials, including invitations, programs, advertisements, and signage.
  • Coordinate the solicitation, tracking, organization, and fulfillment of auction donations and other in-kind contributions supporting fundraising events and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, requests, benefits, and engagement activities for subscribers, donors, and Board members within Tessitura, including applicable moves management activity.
  • Assist with audience- and donor-facing activities as needed and provide additional support based on organizational and departmental needs.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Arts Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit, development, donor relations, customer service, hospitality, community relations, marketing, executive support, or a related environment preferred.
  • Experience providing high-touch customer, donor, member, or stakeholder service and coordinating benefits, requests, events, or related activities preferred.
  • Experience with Tessitura, Prospect2, or comparable CRM, donor management, or database systems preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support performances, events, Board activities, and other organizational needs.
  • Interest in or appreciation for the performing arts and Confluence Theater’s mission preferred.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license preferred.
