Your Mission
Your mission is to be the visionary storyteller and creative engine for Tourmaline Capital Partners’ premier assets. You are an embedded creator who owns the full lifecycle of content and digital presence across multiple flagship properties. Moving fluidly between high-level strategy and relentless execution, you ensure that assets like Esplanade and One South build a highly differentiated digital identity. By immersing yourself in our portfolio, you translate the physical heartbeat of our buildings into a magnetic digital footprint that drives deep engagement, audience loyalty, and measurable asset value.
Your Focus
You operate as a true hybrid across strategy, production, account management, and execution. You possess the entrepreneurial drive to manage the total ecosystem of a brand’s social presence, balancing long-term brand building with daily operational excellence. You will travel to each of the six Class A office assets across the country once a quarter to set the stage for quarterly content cycles, with the understanding that the portfolio will continue to evolve and likely expand over time. Your work lives in the daily momentum you create. As an Onsite Ambassador, you manage accounts proactively, curate the portfolio narrative, and handle every production detail with the poise and precision needed to fuel a thriving, high-performance commercial brand.
  • Brand Identity & Narrative Mastery: Develop and manage a cohesive brand identity for assigned sites. You’ll ensure the asset’s story is told with clarity and heart, amplifying its reputation across social channels to turn amenities into essential daily rituals for our followers.
  • Measurable Channel Growth & Engagement: Shift the needle on key performance metrics. You are responsible for tangible outcomes, including positive engagement trends, audience growth, and community interaction across all digital touchpoints.
  • End-to-End Content Production: Act as the portfolio-wide resource for production, video, and editing. From short-form social reels to executive interviews and testimonials, you own the technical execution and the creative soul of every project.
  • Strategic Account Management: Take full ownership of the digital presence for Onsite current and future accounts. You will manage the posting, engagement, and growth of social channels, ensuring that strategy always translates into high-impact reality.
  • On-site Content Discovery: Travel to properties nationwide to lead on-site production shoots. You act as the eyes and ears of the building, proactively identifying content opportunities and project managing them from capture to publication.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with branding, advertising, and public relations teams. You’ll be part of the core discussions for each site, ensuring video and digital content are woven seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Rhythmic Scheduling & Logistics: Maintain an organized production calendar and field creative requests with ease. You bring structure to the creative process, ensuring all client needs are met on time without the building’s digital heartbeat ever skipping a beat.
  • 2+ years of experience in a content creation role with B2B and B2C brands
  • Technical expertise in video production and editing
  • Motion graphics experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and be proactive without oversight. 
  • Travel for on-site production shoots around the United States and NYC
  • Proficient in corporate communication technology such as Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft.
  • Confidence using marketing tools like Marq, Canva, or templated platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-touch, well-executed campaigns.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
  • The Blueprint Mindset: You are a master of planning and execution. You possess the rigor to conceptualize multi-channel campaigns and the technical expertise to produce them, ensuring the transition from a broad strategy to a final edit is effortless.

  • The Ambassador Presence: You thrive as an embedded member of the team. You bring the heart of a host to every site visit, building trust with tenants and internal team members alike to gain the access and insights needed for authentic content.
  • Poise Under Production: You are a self-starter who remains steady in the high-stakes environment of live production. Whether you are shooting on-site in NYC or traveling across the country, you channel the swan to handle logistics and technical challenges with absolute poise.
  • Motion & Aesthetic Craft: You have a sharp eye for what is visually magnetic. Your technical mastery of video production, editing, and motion graphics allows you to hone the craft of our digital presence, ensuring it always meets a five-star standard of excellence.
