Site Supervisor (Finishing Works) Location: Gqeberha We are seeking a Finishing Site Supervisor to oversee the final stages of construction projects before handover to clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all finishing works meet quality, aesthetic, structural, and safety standards. Responsibilities: Supervise finishing works and on-site labour. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available. Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or snags. Monitor site progress and report to management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Assist with project handovers and final quality checks. Requirements Requirements: 1-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably in finishing works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong understanding of construction standards and site safety. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to travel to sites and work weekends when required. Physically fit and able to work on-site.
