Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the Net Revenue Management Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by optimizing pricing, promotions, and product portfolio strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies.
Key Deliverables
- Support Brand Teams in Formulating pricing strategies aimed at optimizing revenue and profitability and achieving local and global benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to ensure that pricing strategies are both competitive and profitable.
- Develop and deliver price-monitoring reporting to track price positioning vs. and lead the implementation of necessary price adjustments to achieve price strategies and financial objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness, return on investment of promotional activities, and provide recommended adjustments to the commercial plan.
- Analyze product performance and profitability to fine-tune the product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives and develop the annual Price and Trade Objective document to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to revenue, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate the effectiveness of strategies and their financial impact.
- Develop and implement an internal data warehouse solution for retail/wholesale/FOB pricing for PMA products
- Become the resident expert on all liquor board markup structures and develop and implement improved processes for price calculations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management capabilities.

Experience & Other Requirements
- Written & Verbal Fluency in English (Bilingual French & English Preferred)
- Minimum 7 Years of Beverage Alcohol or CPG Sales Experience in Canada
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Analytics and Measurement & Evaluation
- Post Secondary Degree in Business Information Services
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
- Hybrid Working Environment based in Oakville, Ontario (4 days in Office)
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
- Must be of Legal Drinking Age
