PMG is looking for a talented AI & Software Engineer III to support the development of Alli. Alli is a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for digital marketers. Last year, Alli enabled ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers in 80+ countries for some of the world’s most iconic brands. We're innovating fast and making an impact on our customers' and employees' lives in significant ways.

In this role, you will work across one of Alli’s key pillars, Actions, Data, or Insights, helping to solve challenging problems and deliver impactful, AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to support the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance PMG’s platform and contribute to delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions.

• →Contributing to the design, development, and deployment of features on the Alli platform.
• →Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance performance and automation.
• →Writing high-quality, maintainable code that enhances the scalability of our products.
• →Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation by mentoring junior team members and promoting development best practices.
• →Designing and implementing complex, highly scalable technical solutions;
• →Conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the application development lifecycle;
• →Drafting and implementing architectural designs to produce reliable, state-of-the-art products;
• →Collaborating with designers, product managers, and cross-functional Data & Tech teams to deliver new components and features;
• →Participating in code reviews and providing fellow engineers critical feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across Alli.
• →Continuously improving your knowledge of the tech stack and contributing to best practices.

• →3+ years of software development experience in object-oriented languages; NodeJS, Python, Go, or React
• →2+ years of experience with high-performance frameworks like Beego, Django, or similar, suitable for enterprise-level web applications;
• →1+ years of experience working with AWS or other cloud providers;
• →Experience working all stages of projects, including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support;
• →Experience working with RESTful APIs;
• →Deep understanding of system design principles and expertise in SOLID software engineering practices;
• →Experience developing applications with Monitoring, Build Tools, Version Control, Unit Tests, TDD;
• →Proficiency in your chosen development tools (IDE, shell, debugging tools, etc.);
• →Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
