Job Purpose

·         Responsible for all civil works in PMU Campus & New Housing Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Preparing of the request for any new project, (requirements, quantity, and specifications).

·         Oracle request for the project.

·         Following up the requests.

·         Submitting the technical evaluation for (contractors, suppliers and consultant).

·         Following up with purchasing department until P.O. issued.

·         Coordination with the (contractors, suppliers and consultant).

·         Work supervision.

·         Inspection for the work in each stage.

Qualifications & Experience (Required)

·         At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to this field

• At least 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Previous experience related to this field is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in team-based, collaborative settings
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Suitable candidates are expected to have excellent command of the English Language and should be familiar with technology infused academic environments.
