About the Role
~1 min read- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales (SDR/AE), CX (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing roles across the Australian business
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through active sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria
- Coordinate and help facilitate interview processes, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
- Manage offer processes, including negotiation support and coordination with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline data (ATS, trackers, dashboards)
- Facilitating onboarding of new starters including admin, scheduling training and ensuring employees have the best possible first impression of Podium.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, or support functions is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Australian employment law and visa/work rights compliance (or strong willingness to build this expertise quickly)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across various open roles
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, preferred
- Previous SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus
