About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Sales/GTM Recruiter to build and scale the Sales Development team from ground up in Guatemala. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for recruiters who are passionate about building high performing teams and love challenges, have strong business acumen & deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer acceptance
- →Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- →Map talent and identify companies that have the best sales talent and are selling to US market
- →Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
- →Help identify and recommend scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies
- At least 3+ years of end to end recruiting experience with 2+ years of GTM / Sales recruiting, preferably in the SaaS space.
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Track record of successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
- Strong verbal and written English communication and the ability to present to senior leaders.
- Thinks like an owner. Takes ownership and initiative.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
