About the Role
~1 min readAs a CRM Specialist at Polleo Sport, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. Your mission: design and manage communication campaigns that build loyalty, drive engagement, and increase sales across multiple channels – email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber. In addition, you will be responsible for the development and promotion of our loyalty app, making it a central tool for delivering a personalized customer experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement a CRM strategy aligned with the brand image and business goals
- →Create and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber campaigns that increase engagement and conversion
- →Manage the loyalty app – planning promotions, push notifications, and reward programs
- →Segment customer databases and personalize communication based on user behavior and preferences
- →Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns
- →Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, retention, lifetime value) and continuously test for optimization
- →Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and the IT team in developing CRM content and technical solutions
- →Maintain database quality and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations
- →Research trends in CRM technologies and propose new opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing
- Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Knowledge of SMS and Viber marketing tools and experience with loyalty programs
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of the customer journey
- Creativity in designing promotional activities and communication messages
- Excellent command of Croatian and English, along with strong writing and content editing skills
- Understanding of GDPR and best practices in customer data management
