Inventory Manager
Quick Summary
Maintain drug data across EPIC and Hybrent, submitting support tickets (e.g., to BetterHealth) to update NDCs as needed.
At Planned Parenthood Association of Utah (PPAU), every patient experience depends on having the right supplies in the right place at the right time. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Inventory Manager to lead our organization-wide procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.
This full-time (40 hours/week) position is responsible for ensuring our health centers and administrative teams have the medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment they need to deliver exceptional patient care. As the primary administrator of our Hybrent inventory management system, you'll oversee purchasing, inventory controls, and distribution while collaborating closely with our Pharmacist-in-Charge to maintain 340B program integrity and regulatory compliance.
Beyond managing inventory, you'll have the opportunity to build and improve processes across the organization. You'll develop standard operating procedures, conduct site audits, train staff on inventory best practices, and identify innovative ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational excellence.
If you're someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, leveraging technology, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, we'd love to have you join our team. Your work will directly support our mission by ensuring our health centers are equipped to provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient we serve.
We are committed to building an inclusive workplace that values diversity and inclusion and reflects the diversity of our communities and patients. We strongly encourage people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community to apply.
