General Helper

The Floater/Helper position is designed to provide operational assistance, setup support, material
handling, and relief coverage across all designated machine centers:

• Primary duties will continue to include assisting primary operators, machine setup,
  performing material loading/unloading, basic quality checks, minor preventative
  maintenance, and maintaining machine center cleanliness.
• Daily task assignments among the machine centers remain at the reasonable discretion of
  management based on production needs.
