The Senior Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for Prenuvo’s first Central London clinic, ensuring seamless execution across clinical services, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
This leader will be accountable for maintaining CQC compliance, driving clinic financial and operational performance, building strong patient and partner relationships, and leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
This role requires an experienced operations leader with a proven track record managing private healthcare practices in the UK, exceptional people management skills, regulatory expertise, and commercial acumen.
This is a full-time, on-site position. In the short term, the London clinic will operate Monday through Friday. As the clinic grows, operations are expected to expand to seven days a week.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient service delivery
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team (MR Radiographers and Patient Liaisons)
- Maintain exceptional patient experience standards aligned with Prenuvo’s global brand and service model
- Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with the Clinical Leader to ensure full and ongoing CQC compliance across all regulated activities
- Lead preparation and readiness for CQC inspections, audits, and external evaluations
- Uphold data governance, safety protocols, and clinical quality standards in line with UK healthcare regulations
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, and facility operations to optimise efficiency and service delivery
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) - including patient satisfaction, service utilisation, and financial performance - and implement action plans for improvement
- Develop and execute operational plans that support growth and scalability
- Manage clinic budgets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Drive patient volume and revenue growth through local outreach, community engagement, and physician/partner relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute local patient acquisition strategies tailored to the UK market
- Represent Prenuvo in the community, fostering partnerships and raising awareness of proactive healthcare.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management, ideally within a high-end or diagnostic setting
- Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care and operational outcomes
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance requirements
- Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and service delivery KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to the Fitzrovia / Central London area, ideally under 45 minutes, as this is an on-site role
- Previous clinical background (e.g., radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with professional registration (e.g., HCPC, NMC) - highly desirable but not essential
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Experience launching or scaling new clinics or healthcare services
- Familiarity with MRI or advanced diagnostic imaging environments.
