Senior Presales Architect

THE ROLE: 
Presidio is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to work with top-tier customers and promote Cloud Adoption and Application Modernization. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will partner with customers, Presidio Sales, partners, and other Presidio teams to create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of Cloud services. In collaboration with sales, you will drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of Cloud and Cloud Native Strategies.
• As a key member of the sales cycle, ensure success in building, modernizing, and migrating applications, software, and services on Cloud platforms.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Cloud and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure client strategies and solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already operating in Cloud.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals and key stakeholders within customer organizations to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales, service engineering teams, and partners.

Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years delivering consulting or advisory services.
• 12+ years of systems engineering, software development and modernization, or application architecture experience.
• Experience designing, operating, or building AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Solutions.
• Experience in presales or consulting roles working with large and complex customer environments.
• Working knowledge of modern, cloud-native, and low-code software development tools, frameworks, data services, and methodologies.
• Experience architecting and operating cloud-based custom applications and integration solutions in complex enterprise or consumer-focused environments.
• Experience architecting, building, and integrating AI/ML and GenAI solutions to enhance client experiences and augment enterprise applications.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications and public speaking.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to align conversations to the audience.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile Frameworks (Scaled Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and architecture and service frameworks (ITIL, Zachman, TOGAF, etc.).
• Preferred: Familiarity with 3rd Party products for Process Automation (UiPath, Power Automate), Integration Services (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft), or Software as a Service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP).
• Preferred: Industry-specific experience (healthcare, financial, manufacturing, SLED, or media and entertainment)
• Preferred: Experience in DevOps automation including Infrastructure as Code.
• Preferred: Cloud Vendor Professional Certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect)

Shift time / Work location:

• Expected to cover EST time zone and upto 12:30 AM
• Work location Bangalore /Chennai
