Pro AV Solutions Queensland is seeking a detail-driven, proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to support the day-to-day finance operations that underpin our success. This is more than a transactional role—it’s an opportunity to take ownership, build strong relationships, and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic business.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting core accounts receivable functions, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial control.
You’ll:
- Keep cashflow moving – manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Process with precision – handle supplier invoices, credit notes, reimbursements, and customer invoicing in line with business workflows
- Maintain financial accuracy – apply payments and receipts, ensuring records are complete and up to date in the ERP system
- Strengthen relationships – liaise with suppliers and customers, resolving queries and maintaining trusted partnerships
- Stay on top of accounts – monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Reconcile and resolve – perform supplier and customer reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support reporting cycles – assist with month-end and year-end processes, including accruals and reporting

What You Bring
You’re someone who:
- Has 2+ years’ experience across accounts receivable.
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Is confident working with ERP/accounting systems and financial processes.
- Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships across the business.
- Works calmly under pressure and manages competing priorities effectively.
- Takes ownership, shows initiative, and resolves issues proactively.
Experience in an SME or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
