Responsibilities

- →Define and execute a comprehensive sales performance strategy aligned to company revenue goals.
- →Partner with CRO and executive leadership to establish priorities, quota setting, forecasting discipline, and operating cadences that drive consistent attainment.
- →Enablement & Readiness
- →Lead the development of scalable training, onboarding, and coaching programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.
- →Drive adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices that empower sellers to win in competitive markets.
- →Technology & Process Optimization
- →Own the selection, integration, and optimization of sales technology & AI (CRM, sales productivity tools, analytics).
- →Streamline workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, and product to remove friction and improve speed-to-market.
- →Go-to-Market Strategy Execution
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns, product positioning, and customer success objectives.
- →Translate supply chain expertise into actionable strategies that differentiate project44 in a competitive SaaS landscape.
- →Analytics & Performance Tracking
- →Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure and optimize productivity, pipeline health, and sales effectiveness.
- →Deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making and continuously improve outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- →12+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or sales enablement, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- →Experience leading global SaaS or supply chain technology teams.
- →Track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and performance.
- →Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building high performing teams.
- →Have proven executive experience leading sales performance, enablement, or operations functions in a SaaS environment.
- →Bring strong technological fluency (CRM, enablement tools, analytics platforms, AI tools, sales methodologies) with the ability to drive adoption and ROI.
- →Possess deep supply chain and logistics domain knowledge and understand how to position value to Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.
- →Demonstrate deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and scaling global revenue organizations.
- →Are a strategic thinker with an operator’s mindset — equally comfortable shaping vision and driving execution.
- →Excel in executive communication and can influence at the C-level internally and externally.
