CZ: Director of Property Management

Our respected Client, a leading European real estate investment, development, and management company, is looking for a Director of Property Management based in Prague, Czechia. Director of Property Management CZ/2604/DOPM /Prague-based/ About Role: As Director of Property Management, you will take full ownership of property operations across the Czech portfolio. You will lead the entire PM platform, including property management, facility management, and related operational functions, ensuring high standards in service delivery, cost control, and tenant satisfaction. This role combines team leadership, operational control, and financial responsibility, with direct impact on portfolio performance and tenant experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Property Management function across the Czech portfolio Manage and develop a team of ~50 people across PM and FM functions Set and drive property management strategy, structure, and processes Own OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, financial planning, and cost control Oversee procurement and supplier management to ensure cost efficiency and quality Ensure high standards in maintenance, technical operations, and compliance Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental initiatives Oversee implementation of systems, tools, and PM-related IT infrastructure Manage tenant relationships and resolve operational issues and escalations Collaborate with internal stakeholders (asset management, leasing, finance) Conduct regular site visits across the portfolio Report to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities Requirements: Senior experience in Property Management / Facility Management within real estate Proven leadership of teams (multi-layer, operational + managerial) Strong experience with budgeting, procurement, and operational performance Experience across Industrial, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-driven approach Strong stakeholder and tenant management skills Ability to set structure, processes, and performance standards Fluent Czech and English Client Offers: Leadership role with direct impact on a large-scale Czech portfolio Opportunity to shape and develop the property management function Dynamic, fast-growing international environment Exposure to high-quality industrial and logistics assets Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package Long-term career growth within a stable platform To discuss further details, please send over your updated CV in English to: seth@propertytalents.com Please note that we reserve the right to respond only to selected candidates.
