Where you’ll lead high-impact trade shows, roadshows, industry events, and integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue across the region.
This is a dynamic role combining hands-on event leadership with strategic demand generation for the EMEA market, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, and the wider EMEA Demand Generation team.

Lead the planning and execution of Protolabs’ EMEA trade show, roadshow, sponsorship, and event marketing programme in line with regional growth and commercial goals.
Own the centralised EMEA event calendar, ensuring alignment across sales priorities, product launches, campaign activity, and regional marketing plans.
Deliver end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, travel coordination, registrations, staffing, onsite setup, and post-event reporting.
Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and regional marketing teams to maximise event impact, audience targeting, customer engagement, and follow-up activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen Protolabs’ brand presence through speaking engagements, sponsorships, customer presentations, and industry participation.
Support event messaging, presentations, and content development in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts.
Own regional demand generation activity for the UK market, delivering localised campaigns that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and strategic account engagement.
Execute integrated marketing programmes across digital, email, webinars, events, ABM, and other channels to engage target audiences and drive results.
Support full-funnel marketing activity, from acquisition and nurture through to pipeline acceleration and customer engagement.
Track, measure, and report on event and campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise future activity and demonstrate ROI.
Partner with Demand Generation and Revenue Operations to improve lead tracking, attribution, reporting visibility, and funnel performance.
Manage promotional merchandise and sample programmes, including supplier relationships, inventory, fulfilment, budgeting, and reporting.
Act as a central point of coordination for EMEA events and trade shows, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams, external partners, timelines, and deliverables.
Continuously look for ways to improve marketing effectiveness, event experiences, customer engagement, and commercial impact across the region.
3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, program marketing, demand generation, or project management roles.
Proven success delivering trade shows, roadshows, sponsorships, and integrated marketing programmes across multiple regions or markets.
Experience executing regional demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth and commercial objectives.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience partnering closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders in international business environments.
Confidence using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA as needed, approximately 20–25% of the time.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
A highly organised approach, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how events and campaigns contribute to pipeline and revenue generation.

Experience marketing to manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical audiences would be highly advantageous.
