Shift: Hours: M-F | 7 am - 3 pm
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. You'll perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, support equipment upgrades, and play a key role in improving machine reliability and uptime. Perform scheduled maintenance on machine tools including cleaning, lubrication, filter changing, belt replacement, adjustments, and basic repairs
Become more proficient with complex repairs as required
Complete occasional CAD projects required within the Facilities and maintenance departments
Assist with implementation and maintenance of CMMS program
Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department
Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization
High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical school or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field preferred.
3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent military experience) in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
Proficient with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, clamp meter).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize work under production pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with CNC Machines or Machine Shop
