You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, customer experience, and business growth. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Commercial teams, you will uncover opportunities, measure product performance, and help shape data-driven decisions across our manufacturing services and eCommerce platform.
- Analyze customer and product behavior across our manufacturing service lines and eCommerce platform to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand customer journeys, product adoption, conversion funnels, and business performance.
- Proactively explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that support product strategy and business decisions.
- Help product teams understand the "why" behind performance metrics and customer behavior.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using BI platforms such as DOMO, Looker, or Power BI.
- Define and maintain key product and business performance metrics to ensure consistent reporting across teams.
- Improve reporting quality by optimizing existing dashboards, retiring outdated reports, and simplifying data visualization.
- Deliver reliable, real-time insights that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
- Work across Snowflake and enterprise data platforms to write efficient SQL queries and validate data quality.
- Partner with Data & Analytics teams to improve data models, metric definitions, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure analytical outputs are accurate through data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Contribute to analytical documentation, governance standards, version control, and reproducible reporting practices.
- Support continuous improvements in data reliability and accessibility.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to understand business needs and deliver meaningful insights.
- Manage multiple analytical requests while prioritizing work based on business value and stakeholder needs.
- Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, assumptions, and trade-offs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build trusted relationships across global teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics supporting digital products, eCommerce, or B2B platforms.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets in modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using DOMO, Google Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, customer behavior analysis, conversion funnels, and business performance reporting.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and ensuring data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and working alongside Data Engineering teams.
- Exposure to web and product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytical work is an advantage.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality analytical work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-making through data.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, collaborative, and global environments.

Requirements

- Familiarity with digital quoting platforms, configurator-based workflows, or custom manufacturing environments.
- Experience contributing to data modeling initiatives using dbt, LookML, semantic layers, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and product optimization techniques.
- Experience working within Agile product organizations.
- Help shape product strategy through meaningful, data-driven insights.
- Enable product teams to make faster and better business decisions.
- Improve customer experiences across our digital manufacturing platform.
- Work with global product and engineering teams to build a world-class analytics capability.
