• Tackle complex privacy challenges with design
• Sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts for industry-leading privacy products
• Work hands-on with our design team and collaborate closely with product managers, marketing managers and developers
• Identify areas of opportunity and find creative solutions to continuously improve our product suite
• Contribute to the design process and our design system
• Create visual elements such as icons and illustrations to enhance the user experience and maintain visual consistency

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products at scale (portfolio required)
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design, taste, and attention to detail
• Strong ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, well-crafted user experiences
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Experience designing transitions, micro-interactions, and animation with purpose
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and advocate for quality
• High proficiency with modern design tools
• A strong sense of ownership and a drive to deliver beautiful, thoughtful products
