Requirements

• 2+ years industry experience as Software engineer. You are more Software Engineer than Linux Admin
• Experience maintaining AWS infrastructure
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines from scratch
• Experience with Docker, Mesos or Kubernetes, ECS is a plus
• Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Kafka stack is a plus
• Track record of practical problem solving, excellent communication, and documentation skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience in multi-tier web application architectures
• Ability to prioritize tasks to work independently and as part of the engineering team

Main Responsibilities

• Build cutting edge big data processing and machine learning infrastructure
• Work on devops team to design, build, and maintain systems
• Monitor and automate processes
• Maintain and provision infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - software, application, and network
• Collaborate on code reviews
