Project Manager / Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure

As our Project Manager, you will provide technical leadership and project oversight for water infrastructure projects while supporting business development and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

• →Project Delivery: Lead all phases of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• →Technical Leadership: Review engineering plans, specifications, reports, and provide quality oversight for project teams.
• →Project Management: Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, cost estimating, and overall project performance.
• →Business Development: Support client relationships, pursuit planning, and proposal development efforts.
• →Contract Administration: Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives while maintaining contract requirements.
• →Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technical staff.
• →Client Partnerships: Collaborate with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver successful infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah.
• 10+ years of experience managing water infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering water and wastewater projects throughout the Wasatch Front region.
• Experience with pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, water production wells, flow control facilities, and reservoirs.
• Experience supervising engineers and designers.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, engineer's estimates, scheduling, and proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with master planning and hydraulic modeling.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and related engineering software.
• Strong business development, team leadership, and operational management skills.
