Commercial Beverage Equipment Service Technician 

South Bend, IN

Beverage Town is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea and espresso machines.

This is a field service position requiring a technician who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs with minimal supervision.

Mechanical experience is required, but beverage equipment experience is not. Experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R or another mechanical field may be a great fit.

Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment
• Independently manage assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate with customers and dispatch
• Document completed work using a company-provided tablet

Qualifications: 

• Mechanical or technical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
