Senior Solutions Architect

You will be the person customers call when they need to build something that has to work — at scale, in real time, with no room for “it usually works.”

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Event-driven architecture
• Distributed systems
• Applied AI

You won’t just design solutions — you’ll build prototypes, guide implementations, and help customers get to production.

• →Design real-time architectures for use cases like live events, IoT, digital health, and real-time commerce
• →Build working prototypes and demo applications using APIs, SDKs, and AI capabilities
• →Run hands-on workshops with customers and engineering teams
• →Partner with Sales to shape deals and accelerate adoption
• →Translate customer needs into product feedback for Engineering
• →Create reusable architecture patterns and technical assets

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or a deeply technical customer-facing role
• Strong coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, WebSockets, streaming)
• Ability to work directly with customers and engineers to design and build systems
• Curiosity about AI systems (LLMs, RAG, automation workflows)

• Build reusable prototype applications that accelerate deals
• Help customers move from concept → production faster
• Influence architecture decisions across enterprise customers
• Contribute to product direction through real-world use cases

• Not isolated from Product or Engineering
