Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team in Lancaster. This role involves working within an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges.
Responsibilities

- →Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.
- →Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
- →Promote independence and functional recovery for patients.
Requirements
