Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare and maintain a safe and sterile environment for neonatal care, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly sanitised.
- →Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and closely monitor newborns' responses throughout the care process.
- →Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment care to neonates, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- →Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- →Educate parents and families about neonatal care plans, potential complications, and strategies for home care.
- →Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- →Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
