Responsibilities

As a Band 6/7 Locum Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT Technologist, you will perform a variety of nuclear medicine and PET-CT procedures, ensuring accurate and high-quality diagnostic imaging. Your responsibilities will include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating sophisticated imaging equipment, and maintaining detailed patient records. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, adhere to radiation safety protocols, and contribute to the department's quality assurance processes.

Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent qualification.
Current registration with the HCPC.
Significant experience in nuclear medicine and PET-CT imaging, ideally at Band 6/7 level.
Proficiency in the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.

Strong technical skills in operating nuclear medicine and PET-CT equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
