Band 6 - Community Psychiatric Nurse - Oswestry

• →Deliver high-quality mental health care to service users in the community.
• →Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• →Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with service users and the multidisciplinary team.
• →Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
• →Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure coordinated care.
• →Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in community mental health settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable for community visits).
