This position offers a competitive pay rate of £37.50 per hour, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 6 Locum CT Radiographer, you will be responsible for conducting a range of CT scans to assist in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, operate advanced CT equipment, and maintain detailed and accurate imaging records. Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, you will help to deliver efficient and effective radiology services, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the HCPC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Radiographer, ideally at Band 6 level.
- Proficiency in using advanced CT equipment and performing a variety of scans.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
- Ability to use Canon and Siemens CT scanners & Cannulation skill are a necessity.
