Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 6 RNLD, you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans tailored to each individual’s needs. You will also support the delivery of therapeutic interventions, contribute to risk assessments, and work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider clinical team to promote independence and well-being.

- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

- Commitment to multidisciplinary working and patient-centred care
