Responsibilities
~1 min readIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality palliative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide emotional support to patients and their families, and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records and participating in ongoing training and professional development.
