- Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our team at Swansea. As a Sonographer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your primary focus will be on obstetric scans, ensuring accurate and detailed assessments. The duration of this contract will be ongoing with the competitive pay rate of £60.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform obstetric ultrasound scans using state-of-the-art equipment.
- →Assess fetal development, monitor pregnancies, and detect any abnormalities.
- →Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results.
- →Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- →Provide compassionate care and excellent communication to patients during the scanning process.
Requirements
~1 min read- Relevant qualification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent.
- Certification in Obstetric Ultrasound.
- Proficiency in using ultrasound machines and associated software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HCPC registration
- 1 Year UK experience as a sonographer with NHS and private sector.
