Responsibilities

→Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people.
→Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
→Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
→Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies.
→Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
→Communicate effectively with children and their families, offering reassurance, education, and emotional support.
→Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
→Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.
