Quick Summary
Job Purpose Join our Intensive Support Team (IST) to provide specialist psychological support for individuals with learning disabilities during periods of crisis. This role focuses on delivering person-centred interventions that promote independence, inclusion, and positive behaviour support.
Deliver intensive, specialist support to clients with increased health needs and their carers. Provide access to clinical expertise during times of crisis, complementing the work of the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD).
Responsibilities

- →Apply evidence-based approaches such as Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.
- →Work collaboratively within a small multi-disciplinary team across community settings.
- →Uphold principles of empowerment, least restrictive practice, and skill development for service users.
