Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver intensive, specialist support to clients with increased health needs and their carers.
- →Provide access to clinical expertise during times of crisis, complementing the work of the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD).
- →Apply evidence-based approaches such as Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.
- →Work collaboratively within a small multi-disciplinary team across community settings.
- →Uphold principles of empowerment, least restrictive practice, and skill development for service users.
