Participation in the education and training of junior doctors and medical students will ensure they receive the guidance and support needed to excel. Leading ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings will be a key part of the role, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated patient care. On-call services and emergency cover will also be offered as required, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and care. Requirements
