~1 min readAs a urology Senior House Officer (SHO) doctor, you are at the forefront of patient care, conducting initial assessments, diagnosing, and managing patients with urological conditions. You assist in surgeries and procedures, perform minor procedures under supervision, and are on-call for emergencies. Your role also involves managing ward patients, including pre- and post-operative care, running or assisting in outpatient clinics, keeping detailed patient records, and participating in educational activities such as teaching and attending training sessions. These responsibilities ensure you gain comprehensive experience in both clinical and surgical aspects of urology, preparing you for more advanced roles in the future.
Requirements

• CCT preferred
• 6 months NHS experience
